Summary: Williams is one of the safer picks in next year's draft. He already has 3 good years of production at North Carolina. Williams is a ball hawk, centerfielding, FS that has the size and versatility to play SS as well. Reports from Chapel Hill say that Williams is always studying game tape and watches more tape than most QB's.
(More to come after I watch more tape on him this season)
