Summary: Locker will get another year of experience in a pro style offense which is a plus. Although his arm strength is average he can put some zip on the ball and can make all the NFL throws. His completion percentage has gone up considerably each year. His accuracy can improve with a bit of an adjustment with his mechanics. He's is athletic, can run around to buy time or to pick up 1st downs. He's a leader in the locker room. If Locker gets his mechanics and accuracy improved he could be the best passer of all the QB's in the NFL that have ability to run and scramble. He's a dual threat which can cause all kinds of problems for a defense.
