Summary: Moore is considered by many to be the top coverage Safety in this draft class and would look good in a Bengals uniform. Moore is excellent against the pass, as he led the nation in interceptions last year. He's okay against the run he could definitely improve in that area. The character questions are minor, he and a teammate were thought to intentionally try to injure Arizona's LT in a game last season.
